Rescheduling
We understand that unanticipated events happen. They may even happen on our end from time to time. We will provide as much advance notice as possible and greatly appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these circumstances. We ask that you please give us as much advance notice as possible as well. We will always strive to accommodate your changing needs and reschedule to the best of our ability.

No-Shows
Forgetting or consciously choosing to forgo an appointment without advance notice will be considered a no-show, and we will still charge for the missed appointment.
